Together, we will prepare for your birth, explore your preferences, and create a plan that helps you feel confident and supported.

Birth Doula Package

Personalized support through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum season. This package is designed to help you feel prepared, informed, and supported every step of the way.

$900

Includes:

2 Prenatal Visits

  • Birth preferences and getting to know each other

  • Labor preparation, comfort measures, and birth positions

On-Call Support Starting at 37 Weeks

  • Availability for questions and guidance as you approach birth

Labor & Delivery Support

  • Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor and birth

3 Postpartum Visits (3 hours each)

  • Support with recovery, newborn care, and adjusting to life with your new baby

Extended Birth Doula Package

A complete birth support experience with additional postpartum care to provide continued support as you recover, bond with your baby, and adjust to motherhood.

$1,200

Includes:

Support during the postpartum season as you recover, bond with your baby, and adjust to life as a new family.

$30/hour

Postpartum support may include:

  • Light household tasks

  • Meal preparation

  • Emotional support and encouragement

  • Time for rest and recovery

  • Grocery shopping
